As Executive Chef and Culinary Director with extensive pre – opening experience in 5-star hotels Modern and Classical cooking techniques to a 2 & 3 rosette level and multi outlet and large-scale banqueting including Grosvener House Hotel and Kensington Palace and Park Hotel.
Overseas consultancy work in France around the alps region with additional work in Croatia for a 5-star hotel chain.
